Abstract
This researrch analyzed the types of indicators that could theoretically affect the profitability of the PNPM Mandiri, which is influenced by several indicators such as LAR, NPL,PAR, field facilitatorand total of KSM This researrch aims to analyze whether LAR, NPL,PAR, field facilitatorand total of KSMwhether individually or in group, were significantly impact influnce CCR on PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo. Sempel selected in this study are all districts belonging to the PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo which consists of 15 districts. Data and methods of data collection in this study using secondary data, where the data obtained from financial statements PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo period September 2012 to October 2013. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the data analysis gotten from the results of SPSS 11,5 states that LAR, NPL,PAR, field facilitatorand total of KSMsimultancously have the significant impact on CCR on PNPM Mandiri in Sidoarjo. LAR and total of KSM has a significance negative impact on CCR in PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo. PAR and Field facilitator partially has no significant negative impact on CCR on PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo. While NPL has a partially significant positive effect on the CCR on PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo. Key Word : LAR, NPL, PAR, field facilitator and Amount of KSM, Rural PNPM
