Abstract
Bank's main role is to channel funds from the surplus funds to those who lack the hope to benefit from this activity, but this activity will be problematic for the lack of funds when the bank is unable to repay the funds that have been borrowed. This study aimed to test whether the NPL, LDR, GCG, NIM and CAR affect the profitability of the national private commercial banks foreign exchange period 2012-2013. Early in the study sample was 35 foreign exchange bank, after the election only the remaining 20 foreign exchange bank. Sampling used is purposive sampling techniques and data used in this study is secondary data with respect to the financial statements and related reports from the gcg bank.Test equipment used to test the hypothesis is to use multiple linear regression These results showed that the NPL, LDR, GCG and the CAR has no effect on profitability due to the significant value of more than 5%. While NIM effect on profitability due to the significant value of less than 5% Keywords: NPL, LDR, GCG, NIM, CAR,Profitability,National Private Commercial Banks Foreign Exchange, Bank Financial Ratios.
