Abstract
Islamic Banking as a business entity which collects funds from the publicin the form of savings and channel them to the public, in the form of credit or other forms in order to improve the living standard of the people. This study was to analyze the factors that affect the financing murabahah. Population and sample in this study is an on-foreign Islamic Banks in Indonesia, which consists of 6 Bank in the period 2010-2013. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the capital adequacy ratio, third-party funds, financing to deposit ratio, non-performing financing, and return on assets simultaneously affect murabahah. Forcapital adequacy ratio and return on assets does not affect the murabahah financing. While third-party funds, financing to deposit ratio, and non-performing financing affect the murabahah.
