Abstract
The research purposed to analyze determinant factors of capital structure. Factors examined as independents variables are liquidity, dividend payout ratio, business risk, sales growth, and tangibility assets. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling, in order to obtain a sample of 19 companies. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that liquidity and tangibility assets has significant influence on the capital structure. While dividend payout ratio, business risk, and sales growth has no significant influence on the capital structure. Keywords : Capital Structure, Determinant Factors, Property and Real Estate
