Abstract

This study aims to examine and provide empirical evidence about the influence of third party funds of financing and Musharaka financing on profitability in Islamic banking are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with non-performing financing as variable moderation during the period 2011 to 2015 a total of 55 Islamic banks. This study uses census in decision sampel. The data of this study used secondary data.. Data collection method used documentation. This study used multiple linear regression analysis regression analysis moderation funds. The test results indicate that the third party funds of financing and Musharaka financing has no effect on the profitability of Islamic banking but credit risk is apparent moderation. Keywords: Third party funds , Mudaraba, Musharaka financing, profitability and ResikoKredit (NPF).
