Abstract
The development of Islamic Banking in Indonesia has become a benchmark for the success of the Islamic economic existence. The performance of Islamic Banks could be maintained so that continuity can be maintained bussines. That performance can be measured by the size of Islamic Banking profitability. That the factors affecting the profitability of Islamic Banks were used in this study has aimed to determine the effect NPF, BOPO, Bank Size on profitability. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method used whole Islamic Bank at Bank Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from the financial statements issued by Bank Indonesia and the site of each Bank from 2013 to 2015. The method used is descriptive analysis, the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the NPF, BOPO, and the size of the Bank has a significant positive effect on ROA. Keyword: NPF, BOPO, Bank Size and Profitability
