Abstract
This study aimed to describe the phenomenon of youth groups to develop business ventures shoes are loaded with the values of local wisdom and spiritual attached to Bangil society Pasuruan. This shoes business group in the end able to penetrate the markets of Southeast Asia and even the Middle East. Phenomenological research methods used in this study with research sites in the shoes business group ―Bang Kodir‖ (Bangil Kota Bordir). Inductive data obtained with an open and in-depth interviews in a few key informants. Results of the study revealed that the youth group has managed to take advantage of local wisdom and religious values as the hallmark in making the contour and texture of shoes that are not only aesthetically unique art, but also can improve the marketability of the products to global customers. Some constraints was a challenged for this young business group to increase sales and improve financial management has also become a part of the findings in this study. In addition the findings of this study also revealed that the group has become the embryo for the birth of a new entrepreneur who are ready to fight in the domestic and global market as a value of the social responsibility accounting.
