Abstract
This study aims to review the effect of soundness test against Bank profit growth at the Regional Development Bank 2013-2015 period. Duration of the samples from this study is 53 Company with Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The independent variable in this study is a non-performing loan, the loan to deposit ratio, good corporate governance, Net Interest Margin, Return on Assets ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio, while the dependent variable from this research is profit growth. This study used multiple linear regression to seeing the contribution from each of the independent variables affecting the profit growth using SPSS 16. Results of this research is variable Loan to Deposit Ratio and Return On Assets have significant influence Against The growth in earnings, while non-performing variable Loan, Good Corporate Governance, Net Interest Margin and Capital Adequacy Ratio not have a significant effect on earnings growth. Keywords: Income Growth, NPL, LDR, GCG, NIM, ROA and CAR.
