The sample used in this study were 11 bank mixture that exist in Indonesia, sampling techniques that used in this study ispurposive sampling technique, analysing method used to test the hypothesis is logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of NPL, LDR , GCG, ROA, CAR can not be used to predict financial distress in joint venture bank with a significance value above 0.05 (5%), while the ratio of NIM can be used to predict financial distress because under value 0.05 (5%) , Keywords: RGEC, financial distress and logistic regression
