Abstract
Funding decisions in a company can be done in various ways, one way that is often used by managers that the debt policy. Debt is the mechanism used by the company to reduce the agency conflict. This research aims to examine the independent variabless consisting of managerial ownership, devidend policy, profitability, and free cash flow affect the dependent variable is wheter the debt policy. This research using purposive sampling method for taking samples. Based on the defined criteria, the samples obtained 124 research samples during 2011 to 2014. The analysis used is multiple regression. Types of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The result showed that managerial ownership significantly influence to debt policy, profitability significantly influence to debt policy, dividend policy do not significantly influence to debt policy, and free cash flow do not significantly influence to debt policy.
