Abstract
Company as a business entity that live and thrive in the community, can not be separated from social responsibility to the community. Philosophy of social responsibility but a voluntary contrary to its implementation in state-owned enterprises due to the mandatory elements in the form of government policy. PT. Semen Gresik as a state-based raw materials mined certainly has its own motivation in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). PT. Semen Gresik can not dodge to perform reporting CSR activities as execution transparency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, selected in accordance with the research objectives to be describing and outlining the application as well as on a company's CSR reporting in accordance with the actual situation and what it is. The results showed that the PT. Semen Gresik in implementing CSR refers to PER-05/MBU/2007 and SE-04/MBU.S/2007. Motive comes despite normatively derived from consciousness but can not be separated from the need for the existence and corporate image. Evaluation stage can not accommodate the growth data due to limited human resources trained partners. Reporting is done is very important because it involves the constituent principles of transparency and reporting is Sexy administrative and financial problems Partnership which also contained a no division of functions. It refers to the form of reporting and also minister of state regulations were modified.
