The purpose of the research is to determine LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously and partially have a significant influence toward ROA. And whether the effect of partially have a significant influence toward ROA.This research explains how the independent variables causing the dependent variable. Independent variables are LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR while the dependent variable is ROA. The method of sampling is purposive, where there are three Regional Development Bank chosen as research samples are BPD DKI, BPD East Kalimantan, BPD North Sumatera. And the technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of this research are LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR ssimultaneously have a significant influence toward ROA. Partially LDR, APB, and BOPO have a significant influence toward ROA, but the other side happened to IPR, NPL, IRR, PDN, and FBIR which don’t have a significant influence toward ROA.
