Abstract

This research entitled “The Influences of LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA and NIM toward Capital Adequecy Ratio (CAR) in Merger Bank”. The purpose of research to know whether LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA and NIM have a significant influence either jointly or partially. This study uses population the Merger bank. The sample in this study was chosen based on the sampling technique that uses purposive Sampling. The technique of data analyzing in this research is descriptive analyze and using multiple linier regression analyze. The result of research shows that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA and NIM have significant influence simultaneously to CAR on Merger bank. LDR, IPR and APB partially have positif unsignificant influence to CAR on Merger Bank. NPL, BOPO, FBIR, ROA and NIM partially have negatif unsignificant influence to CAR on Merger Bank. On the other hand, IRR partially have positif significant influence to CAR on Merger Bank. PDN partially have negative significant influence to CAR on Merger Bank. Key words : Liquidity, Asset Quality, Sensitivity to Market, Efficiency, Profitability and Solvabilitas.
