Abstract

The objectives of this research is to analyze the effect of credit risk and liquidity levels of profitability in islamic bank in Indonesia. Sample population of this research are four banks selected using purposive sampling technique with sharia bank that publicized their finance report periodically during the periode of 2011-2013 as criterion. Data analysis techniques in this study the technique of multiple regression analysis. The result of this research shows that Credit Risk (NPF) and Liquidity Levels(FDR) has a doesn’t significantly influence Profitability (ROA). Value of determinant coefficient (Adjusted R2) regression model is 6,9% which meansindependent variable can explain the influence of ROA as much as 6,9%. The rest of it can be explained by other variable that is not included into this reseacrh. Keywords : Credit Risk, NPF, Liquidity Levels, FDR, Profitability, ROA Islamic Banks.
