Abstract
This study was conducted to know if Intellectual Capital (VAICTM) is proxy by human capital. structural capital, and physical capital affect the financial performance, the performance of the market, the company's activities as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Annual Stock Return (ASR), Price To Earnings Ratio (PER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO). The research method used in this research is a method of analysis descriptive. This study tested using a simple linear regression analysis and intellectual capital measurement model using Pulic model the value added intellectual capital coefficient (VAICTM) or in component ; Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Value Added Structure Capital (VASC), and Value Added Capital Employee (VACE). The population used in this research is a mining company going public was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2007-2011. Sample used in this research was purposive sampling method was 40 companies go public mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Hypothesis testing is performed using the F test, t test at significance level of 5%, the coefficient of determination. The result are as follow; Intellectual Capital (VAICTM) insignificant affects the financial performance of the Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per share (EPS), market performance of the Price To Earning Ratio (PER) and Annual Stock Return (ASR), Activity of the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) Keywords ; intellectual capital coefficient (VAICTM), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Value Added Structure Capital (VASC), Value Added Capital Employee (VACE), Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per share (EPS), Price To Earning Ratio (PER), Annual Stock Return (ASR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO)
