Abstract
Posyandu plays an important role in providing and monitoring family health services; however, data recording at Posyandu RW 9, Medokan Ayu Subdistrict, Surabaya, is still conducted manually, making it less effective, prone to errors, and causing delays in reporting. This study aims to design and develop a Posyandu information system website that supports digital and structured recording, management, and monitoring of family health data. The proposed concept is the development of an integrated web-based information system equipped with features for health service recording, growth monitoring through graphical visualization, family data management, activity scheduling, reporting, WhatsApp-based notifications, and an AI Chatbot as a medium for providing basic health information. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The implementation results show that the system operates according to user requirements. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) achieved a score of 82.02%, which falls into the very good category, indicating that the system is well accepted by users. Meanwhile, the System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation resulted in a score of 73.33, categorized as good, indicating that the system has an adequate level of usability. Therefore, the developed Posyandu information system is able to improve the efficiency of data recording, facilitate family health monitoring, and enhance the quality of health services at Posyandu RW 9, Medokan Ayu Subdistrict, Surabaya.
