Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of training and motivation on employee performance with productivity as a mediating variable at Bank Jatim. This research uses a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. Data analysis was conducted to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results show that training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on productivity. In addition, training, motivation, and productivity also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Productivity is proven to mediate the relationship between training and motivation on performance, strengthening the influence among variables. These findings indicate that improving the quality of training programs and work motivation can enhance productivity, which in turn improves employee performance. Therefore, Bank Jatim is expected to optimize training programs and motivational strategies to support sustainable human resource development.
