Abstract

This internship report summarizes the experiences and contributions gained during the internship at PT Evolusi Teknologi Indonesia. The main activities included the development of an electronic medical record application (EvoMedis), a task management application, and a fruit store application. Throughout the development process, the author successfully implemented various technologies such as CodeIgniter 4, JQuery, and JavaScript, and gained in-depth understanding of database management using MySQL and PostgreSQL. Additionally, this internship provided the author with opportunities to overcome technical challenges, such as learning new frameworks and customizing application interfaces. The results of this internship are expected to contribute positively to the company's project development and enhance the quality of services provided. This report is intended to serve as a reference for the advancement of knowledge in the field of information technology.
