Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy and corporate social responsibility disclosure on the value of infrastructure sector companies. The population of this study are infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study consisted of 18 mining companies with a research period of 4 consecutive years from 2016 to 2020 so that the total observation data was 72 data. This research uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis of this research used SPSS 25 with classical assumption analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, and corporate social responsibility disclosure has a negative effect and significant on firm value.
