Abstract
UD Sinar Jaya currently does not have a Standard Operating Procedure (SPO) so that the irregular work order results in several obstacles, especially in the warehouse administration and stock of goods in the warehouse. It is hoped that this research will be able to improve and assist the company in carrying out its business activities, especially in in the field of managing merchandise stock that occurs at UD Sinar Jaya, increasing employee effectiveness, especially in the warehouse administration section and being able to control the warehouse control system at UD Sinar Jaya. Sources of data obtained include company history, data on raw materials and merchandise. The method used to collect data in this research was direct interviews with owners, observation of problem solving by providing solutions for approximately 5 months and documentation. The method used in data analysis is qualitative descriptive observation. This research produces Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) and warehouse control systems as guidelines for warehouse administration in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
