Abstract
The purpose of this research to test significance of the affect either simultaneously and partially fundamental factors on future earnings changes in wholesale and retail trade industry are listed on BEI. Fundamental factors used in this research are inventory, account receivable, gross margin, selling and administrative expenses. Analytical techniques used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The sample of this research are 5 companies during 6 year of the research period, so, total observations are 30 companies belonging to wholesale and retail trade industry are listed on BEI and has published full financial report during 2005 to 2011. The result of this research showed that simultaneously fundamental factor have significant affect on future earnings changes, while partially, inventory, account receivable, gross margin, selling and administrative expenses haven’t significant affect on future earnings changes.
