Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Independent variables (Board of Commissioners, Sharia Supervisory Board, Government Ownership, Foreign Ownership, Private Ownership, Bank Size, NPF) on the dependent variable profitability (ROA).The population in this research is the Syarial General Office in Indonesia. In this study, the non-probability sampling technique was used, which is a technique that does not give a normal chance for a sample to be sampled. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the research results it is known that profitability (ROA) can influence Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Profitability.
