Abstract
This study aimed to understand the meaning and values contained in the belis and indegenous of paca in Manggarai when you apply a girl form Manggarai, where in the process of interst can usually spend a lot of founds and somtimes burden the male family. Tihis is trigerred a phenomenon where many young man of Manggarai were afraid to apply a girl from Manggarai. The revenue people of Manggarai is small average, which triggers the that turns out to be in the practice of accounting, as in the behavior of debt and receiable revenue recocnition, cos evation and others. As a wellas look for the costumary relationship practice look from the point of view is to use an accounting stand point. Data in the analysis with the use of the pattern the traditional of Manggarai. The result of study found the phenomenon that the high money incured when you wanted to apply belis gilrs and paca for the appicationwas seen asone form of apprecition and a form gratitude to women and women familes for educating and raising their doughters well, and also as reminder for the parties to do no overtake and to do not arbitrarily to his wife, and also applications of culture as an accounting paradigsmis very influential, and explalinalso if accounting is not rigid scince, but rather a science that can absorb various angel of view as a form to countinue to update itself to be better.
