Abstract

Firm value is an investor's perception of the success of a company associated with stock prices. High company value can be said that the company has good operational activities, good job prospects and is able to provide returns to shareholders. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of ownership structure, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value. The population in this study are infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2020. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners and CSR simultaneously have a significant positive effect on firm value. Partially, independent commissioners have a significant positive effect on firm value. Partially, ownership ownership, institutional ownership and CSR have no significant effect on firm value.
