Abstract
This research is a case study research conducted in 2022. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee performance and employee welfare moderated by the work environment as a moderating variable at PT BJTI Surabaya. In research data needs to be done using questionnaires and measuring scales such as 5-points. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that work-life balance has a positive effect on employee performance and employee welfare at PT. BJTI Surabaya partially. However, the work environment does not significantly moderate work-life balance on employee welfare at PT. BJTI Surabaya.
