Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and prove the effect of Leverage, Liquidity, Company Growth, and Profitability on Dividend Policy in Basic Materials Companies. The population in this study are basic materials companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method was carried out using a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria, the total data contained 31 basic materials companies with a total sample of 97 found in basic materials companies that match the criteria for the 2017-2021 period. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Leverage has an effect on Dividend Policy, 2) Liquidity has no effect on Dividend Policy, 3) Company Growth has no effect on Dividend Policy, 4) Profitability has an effect on Policy Dividend.
