Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of good corporate governance, profitability, leverage and liquidity on firm values in the consumer non-cyclicals sector. The population in this study are all consumer non-cyclicals sector companies. The sampling method was carried out using a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria, the number of samples was 100 companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector that met the criteria for the 2017-2021 period. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Institutional Ownership has no effect on Firm Value, 2) Managerial Ownership has an effect on Firm Value, 3) Profitability has an effect on Firm Value, 4) Leverage has an effect on Firm Value Company, 5) Liquidity has no effect on Company Value.
