Abstract
This study aims to determine the level of performance of the management of the budget including income, expenses and expenditures the Department of Economic and Tourism Tuban. The use of data in the analysis is the budget revenue and revenue; budget and actual expenditure budget years 2013 to 2015. The analysis technique used is using a qualitative approach using financial ratios that include analysis of variance (difference) budget revenue and expenditure, the level of decentralization, effectiveness and efficiency of local revenue, expenditure compatibility, and the efficiency of spending. The results of this study indicate that the Department of Economics and Tourism Tuban well proven in actual revenue from the realization that exceed a set budget. In addition, expenditures are also good because no waste budget. Keywords: budget, revenue and expenditure (budget)
