Abstract
This research is a case study research conducted in 2022. The purpose of this research is to assess whether compensation, emotional intelligence, and the work environment affect the performance of the employees of Cahaya Abadi, Mobil Sidoarjo. To obtain data, this study used a questionnaire technique with a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis using structural equation modeling – partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the research and data processing show that compensation, emotional intelligence, and work environment have an effect on the performance of employees of the eternal light of Sidoarjo cars but have no positive effect on the performance of employees of the eternal lights of Sidoarjo cars. However, compensation, emotional intelligence, and the work environment simultaneously influence the performance of the employees of Cahaya Abadi Mobil Sidoarjo.
