Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Institutional Ownership, Leverage, Cash Flow, Profitability, and Sales Growth, on Financial Distress in Manufacturing Companies. The population in this study are manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples in this study are all manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which will be calculated using the SPSS statistical software program (statistical package for social science) version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and cash flow have an effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, institutional ownership, operating capacity, profitability and sales growth have no effect on financial distress.
