Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, company size, and profitability on company value. The endogenous variable in this study iscompany value. The exogenous variables in this study are capital structure, company size, and profitability. The population in this study is cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data collection technique used in this research is the documentation method by collecting annual reports published by the company. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, so that a total of 9 companies were obtained. The data analysis technique in this study used part least squares (PLS). The results of the study state that capital structure had no significant positive effect on company value. Company size has a significant negative effect on comapny value. Profitability has no significant positive effect on company value. Keywords: capital structure, company size, profitability and company value.
