Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the accounting information system on the loyalty of mobile banking application users (2) the effect of system quality on the loyalty of mobile banking application users (3) the effect of service quality on the loyalty of mobile banking application users (4) the effect of user satisfaction on loyalty. Mobile Banking Application Users. This research is a type of quantitative research by processing primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires given to customers of Bank Jatim, Bank Mandiri, BCA, BNI, and BRI. Samples were obtained as many as 73 respondents with sampling using non-probability sampling. The analytical tool in this study uses the help of IBM SPSS version 26. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test). Based on the research analysis, it can be concluded (1) the effect of Accounting Information Systems on Loyalty of Mobile Banking Application Users, has no significant effect (2) the influence of System Quality on Mobile Banking Application User Loyalty, has no significant effect (3) the influence of Service Quality on Application User Loyalty Mobile Banking, has a significant effect (4) the effect of User Satisfaction on User Loyalty of Mobile Banking Applications, has no significant effect.
