Abstract

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) have an important role in a company to improve business development. SOPs play a role in a company to provide references related to operational activities carried out by the company to run effectively, one of which is in the field of customer service. Services are basically activities offered by the company. Companies or individuals to consumers that are intangible and cannot be owned. To obtain results in this final project research is to use descriptive analysis with the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection method used is the interview method, observation and documentation. The results showed that PT Benelli Perkasa Motor Center Surabaya did not yet have a written SOP for operational activities in the customer service department. Therefore, the design of the SOP was very useful for PT Benelli in carrying out operational activities, especially in the customer service section. Keywords: SOP, Customer Service, effectively
