Abstract
BRILink is a financial service without on office and an inclusive financial framewor. The use of BRILink Agents in improving public services to BRI Ende Unit Nusantara Branch, where BRI collaborates with BRI customers as agents who can serve banking transaction for the public in real time online using the EDC mini ATM feature with the concept of sharing fee. BRILink is an extension service product form BRI to customers with the help of agents, namely third parties who meet the criteria as agents and also meet all the requirements determined by BRI. The purpose of this study was the find out the application of the use of BRILink agents in Ende regency and to know the impact of using BRILink agents on the community in Ende regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative and uses data, observation methods (observation), interviews and documentation. The results on the research obtained are that the application of BRILink in Ende regency is a payment for BRI services where BRI cooperates whit BRI Bank customers in the form of agents. The operational system is that BRILink agents serve banking transactions for the community in real time online using and EDC machine and the impact of using BRILink agents in Ende district is the terationship between the output of a responsibility center and the targets to be achieved, so the greater the contribution of the output generated on the value of achieving these goals. Whit the use of BRILink agents, it has very good impact not only for BRI Bank it self but also fo agents. Keywords :Impact, BRILink, Service Improvements.
