Abstract

Lazada is an online shopping center that offers a variety of products ranging from electronics, books, children's toys and baby equipment, medical devices and beauty products, household appliances, and travel equipment, sports and shoe products. in shopping which is now widely chosen by consumers because it is easier and faster in the transaction process. This research was conducted to determine the factors that can encourage trust, goals, and the perceived risk of consumers towards purchase intention in the shoe product category. 14 online questions asked for Lazada customers aged 18 to 40 years who have transacted in the last 3 months. This research uses descriptive and statistical analysis using PLS-SEM. Between the direct path without mediation variables Trust, goals, Perceived Risk of Intentions which will have a significant positive effect. Keywords : Trust, Satisfaction, Perceived Risk and Purchase Intention
