Abstract
Over time, Islamic banking has experienced rapid development. So that it holds the prospect and capacity to become a source of the nation's economy. The BSI Gold Installment product is a product issued by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), where the product is very profitable for people who want investment where the price currently tends to rise, and is liquid (meaning, when needed it is easy to sell or pawn). The research method design used is a descriptive research design with data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation studies. In this study, we will discuss the financing procedure for the Gold Installment product at the Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Mojokerto Mojopahit. Based on the results of the analysis, although the Gold Installment product is quite attractive to customers, there are still many other customers who do not know the benefits of the product so there is minimal information regarding the financing procedure for this Gold Installment product, what are the requirements and the guarantee aspect of the Gold Installment product.
