Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of E-Commerce, E-WOM services on the perceived risk, trust and transaction intentions of Tokopedia users. The data used in this study is primary data derived from questionnaires distributed to users of the Tokopedia application or website. In this study there were 140 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of this study concluded that the Quality of E-Commerce Services had a significant positive effect on trust in Tokopedia users. E-WOM has a significant positive effect on Trust in Tokopedia users. E-WOM has a significant positive effect on Transaction Intentions on Tokopedia users. E-WOM has a significant positive effect on the perceived risk of Tokopedia users. Perceived risk has no significant effect on Transaction Intentions for Tokopedia users.
