Abstract
The employee payroll system in the company is very important and the procedures in it must be clear. Al-Khatib Collcetion is a company engaged in the field of Muslim fashion, which is located in Bangil Pasuruan. The owner of Al-Khatib Collcetion admits that he does not yet have a proper and structured employee payroll system and procedure. The lack of knowledge and understanding of the owner of the company makes it difficult to formulate accounting payroll systems and procedures which result in frequent delays in paying employee salaries. This study aims to design and implement employee payroll systems and procedures at Al-Khatib College. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used by interview, observation, and documentation. The design of payroll procedures is intended to simplify and create a systematic payroll process. The payroll procedure used in Al-Khatib College is simple. The results of this study are systematic employee payroll procedures and the application of payroll procedures based on the payroll accounting system Keywords: payroll, payroll procedures, payroll system
