Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine The Effect Of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust And Brand Image On Customer Loyalty On Adidas Shoes Products In Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this research is using a non-probability sampling method with a sampling method using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is a data collection technique carried out by giving a question to the respondent, this questionnaire can be given via the internet in the form of a Google Form. The results of this study indicate that customer satisfaction has a significant negative effect on customer loyalty for Adidas shoe products in Surabaya. Customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty for Adidas shoe products in Surabaya. Brand image has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty for Adidas shoe products in Surabaya.
