Abstract
Company value is a value that is meaningful for shareholders and investors. Company value is reflected in stock prices. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability and firm size on firm value. The sample of this study use data sourced from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this study use purposive sampling. Anlysis of data that was been obtained from the study was processed using SPSS 23 software. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure affects the value of the company. In addition, the results of this study indicate that the profitability and size of the company does not affect the value of the company. Keyword : Company Value, Capital Structure, Profitability and Firm Size.
