Abstract
The goal of this research is to look into the impact of board diversity and ownership structure on business value. The study focused on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2017 and 2020. Purposive sampling with preset criteria was utilized in the sample selection technique. There were a total of 124 firms in this study's sample. Partial least squares was used to examine the data (PLS). The results showed that the diversity of directors as measured by diversity of age and education had a significant positive effect on firm value, while ownership structure as measured by institutional ownership had a significant negative effect on firm value.
