Abstract
This study aims to determine "The Effect of Profitability, Leverage, and Liquidity on Firm Value With Dividend Policy As an Intervening Variable". The research sample was taken from the Non Food And Beverage Sub-Sector of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 – 2019 with a purposive sampling method. 16 companies were obtained as samples, which were observed for 4 years with a total of 59. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, outer model analysis, inner model analysis and mediation test with the help of WarpPls 7.0. The results showed that profitability and liquidity had an effect on firm value, while leverage had no effect on firm value. Dividend Policy mediates Profitability to Firm Value, while Dividend Policy does not mediate Leverage and Liquidity to Firm Value.
