Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine whether lifestyle, financial attitudes, and financial planning have an effect on workers. The sample that can be processed in this study is 137 respondents with the criteria of people living in Sidoarjo and working, at least 19 years old and with a minimum income of Rp. 4,000,000 per month. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is the partial least square (SEM PLS) structural equation model. Keywords: life style, financial attitude, financial planning, financial management
