Abstract

Customer loyalty is one of the factors influencing the level of sales in a company. Every company is trying hard to compete so that they can perform various strategies. By doing so, they are supposed to create their customer loyalty well for each of the goods or services offered. Beside, within this effort, the banks are also doing a lot of strategies to increase their customer’s loyalty. There are many factors that can affect the loyalty of a customer such as service quality, corporate images, trust and other. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Islamic banking service quality, corporate images, and trust towards the customer’s loyalty. The research method used is a clause research using quantitative research. The sample in this study were BSI customers as many as 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique in this study uses WARP Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results in this study prove that: (1) Brand Islamic Banking Service Quality has a significant positive influence on Customer’s Loyalty; (2) Corporate images has a significant positive influence on Customer’s Loyalty; and (3) Trust has no significant positive effect on Customer’s Loyalty.
