Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously and partially have significant influence toward Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). This research explains how the independent variables causing the dependent variable. Independent variables are LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR while the dependent variable is Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). And weather the effect of partially have a significant influence toward CAR. The subject of the research there are BPD Kalimantan Timur, BPD Riau Kepri, BPD Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk, BPD Jawa Tengah. And technique used in this research is multiple linier regression analysis. Results shows that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously have significant effect toward CAR ratio. Meanwhile IPR, NPL, APB, PDN and FBIR partially has a positive effect but insignificant toward CAR ratio. On the other side, LDR, IRR, and BOPO partially have negative effect but insignificant toward CAR ratio for Regional Development Bank in Indonesia.
