Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, work environment and compensation on job satisfaction. The sample of this research are permanent employees of PT PLN Persero in Sikka Regency and have worked for at least 3 years. The number of samples taken is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. In this study the data used include primary data through research research with questionnaire data. data processing in this study using SPSS software (Statistical Packages for Social Science) Keywords: Leadership Style, work Environment, Compesation, Job Satisfaction
