Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of free cash flow, profitability, managerial ownership and firm size on dividend policy. This study uses free cash flow, profitability, managerial ownership and firm size as independent variables and dividend policy as the dependent variable. The sample in this study is 175 manufacturing companies with the time period used is 2018-2020. The technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression and assisted by SPSS. The type of data used is quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on dividend policy, while free cash flow, managerial ownership and firm size have no effect on dividend policy.
