Abstract
Firm value is an investor's view of a company related to stock prices that can generate a positive signal in opening up investment opportunities. This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies, and managerial ownership on firm value in the property and real estate sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The number of samples used as many as 14 companies obtained from purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, while funding decisions, dividend policy and managerial ownership have no effect on firm value.
