Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of attractiveness, trustworthiness, brand attitude, and purchase intention of Samsung Galaxy Serie A in Surabaya. The sample in this study were prospective buyers Samsung Galaxy Serie A in Surabaya as many as 160 respondents with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling techniques. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing online questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses SmartPLS Version 3.0. The results of the analysis in this study found that Attractiveness has no significant positive effect on Purchase Intention and Trustworthiness has no significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, it was also found that Brand Attitude had a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention,it was also found that Attractiveness mediated by Brand Attitude has a significant positive effect on Purchas Intention and Trustworthiness mediated by Brand Attitude has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention.
