Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and laverage on stock returns ini consumer cyclical companies listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia in 2015-2020. This research used quantitive approach. The data collection technique used in this research was documentation method, that is by collecting data from the complete financial statements that have been published by the company through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id. This research used proposive sampling method in determining the sample with 18 company samples. The analysis technique has been done by using WarpPLS 7.0. The results show that good corporate governance through institutional ownership indicators has a significant positive effect on stock returns, but corporate social responsibility has a significant negative effect on stock returns, and leverage through DR, DER, LTDER indicators has no effect on stock returns.
